Ecolectia is more than just a store for coffee, tea, cocoa, and other fair trade products. Ecolectia works on the products both in the workshop and in the warehouse, and also has a testing space that raises awareness about environmental issues, human rights, and responsible consumption.
Ecolectia was born as a Fair Trade, ecological, and independent platform. The name Ecolectia comes from the fusion of Collecta, which in Latin means “little colt,” and the double “e” from Equitativa (Fair) and Ecològica (Ecological). Ecolectia means “a fair and respectful little girl with the environment.”
The Ecolectia Center: Our sustainable space and point of sale is located at Carrer Bruniquer, 9 – Local 5, in the Gràcia neighborhood of Barcelona.
At Casa Jam Barcelona, our guests can enjoy Ecolectia coffee and tea for free.
